Administrative:

The Administration has the following tasks and objectives.

Mission:

The mission of the Administration Department is to provide Administrative support to the various departments of MGA Autos.

Objective:

  • To effectively implement polices and procedures of the MGA Autos.
  • To ensure effective administrative service to all functional units of the company.
  • To ensure discipline and supervision of office staff in general.
  • To update and recommend administrative policy from time to time to the Board of directors.
  • To receive all incoming mail and dispatch the same to the concerned departments.

Human Resource:

The Administration Department has the following mission and objectives.

Mission:

Recognizing that people matter most, we will share our expertise to facilitate the success and satisfaction of MGA ’s people in achieving the mission and goals of the company.

Organization Restructuring :

  • Evaluation of staffing needs
  • Suggest ways to fill these needs (Recruitment, Job Rotation, Transfers, Promotions, and Job Enrichment etc.)
  • Organization design/staffing plan

Recruitment and induction :

  • Streamline the Recruitment Process
  • Handle all recruitment activities from need evaluation to developing. minimum job criteria, placement of advertisement, short listing, interview scheduling, market research for salary package to final selection of the candidate.
  • Develop and implement Applications Database in order to save the advertisement costs

Marketing:

The Marketing Department is responsible for the complete sales and marketing activities of the MGA. All aspects of exhibition and the products are carried through the marketing department including exhibition designing, product portfolio, exhibition arrangements, product display, media activities and many other marketing activities of MGA Industry.
The Marketing Department Goals are:

  • To prepare the Company’s Strategic Financial Plans.
  • To provide a first class and complete service in an efficient and effective way in support of the MGA Auto’s key goals and objectives.
  • To ensure that the service provided identifies and satisfies the relevant needs of the company’s staff and customers within the framework of the marketing Directives, Service Level Agreements, and the department's policies and procedures.
  • To procure goods and services for the MGA Auto at appropriate cost, to the required quality and on time.
  • To maintain probity in the use of resources by ensuring that marketing policies and procedures are followed.
  • To provide marketing advice to Board of Directors, other departments and other managers on an ongoing basis.
  • To design and arrange exhibitions to make effective look of the company.
  • To have all the marketing activities of the company to flow in one direction to create the synergic effect in all of the marketing activities.

Production:

Production department is the functional area responsible for turning inputs into finished outputs through a series of production processes. The Production Department is responsible for making sure that raw materials are provided and made into finished goods effectively.
The key functions of the production department are:

  • To sure that work is carried out smoothly.
  • To supervise procedures for making work more efficient.
  • To manage the five sub-functions

The production and planning department which set standards and targets for each section of the production process. The quantity and quality of products coming off a production line is closely monitored.

The purchasing department is responsible for providing the materials, components and equipment required to keep the production process run smoothly.

The stores department is responsible for stocking all the necessary tools, spares, raw materials and equipment required to service the manufacturing process.

The design and technical support department is responsible for researching new products or modifications to existing ones, estimating costs for producing in different quantities and by using different methods. It is also responsible for the design and testing of new product processes and product types, together with the development of prototypes through to the final product. The technical support department is also responsible for work study and suggestions as to how working practices can be improved.

The works department is concerned with the manufacturing of products. This includes the maintenance of the production line and other necessary repairs. The works department is also responsibility for quality control and inspection.

  • A key aspect of modern production department is ensuring quality. The term quality means fitness for purpose i.e. a product; process or service should do exactly what is expected of it.

Mission Statement

The MGA autos Purchasing Department is a service unit established to support the goals and objectives of the MGA. It is staffed by procurement professionals who have the requisite knowledge, skills and training to assist personnel in the purchase of required goods and services. This expertise insures that procurement decisions will be made in the best interest of the company.
Main Activities of the purchasing department includes:

  • To purchase of all materials, supplies, services and equipment for MGA Autos and its departments.
  • Responsible for the centralized control and disposal of excess, obsolete and salvageable materials and equipment.
  • To shops all requirements regularly and routinely to obtain the best value for the MGA.
  • Selection of professional services.
  • Handling of major construction bids.
  • Review and award of equipment needs.
  • Providing continual supply of products.

Research and Development:

Mission Statement

The Research and Development (R&D) Department is responsible for keeping abreast of recent developments in forecasting, climatology and environmental research. The research and development taking place at the Department contributes to ensuring that the company fulfil the regulations in the most effective way about securing lives and valuables, and make it possible for company to provide quality products in most cost effective manner.

The activities of the Department involve:

  • Developing methods for the operational activities
  • Forecasting services keep abreast of international developments within the main areas of activities of the company.
  • Contributing with ideas and methods to improve the Qualities.
  • To work on estimating regional climatic changes to make necessary precautions to help preserving environment.
  • Provide support in the process and product development for MGA industry.
  • Recommend the changes in the overall environment to improve the working conditions.

The department’s high competence is highly appreciated by industry, the authorities and public institutions.

Quality Assurance Department:

Mission Statement

The Quality Assurance Department (QAD) aims at establishing a quality system for the MGA Autos according to national/international standards in order to ensure the quality of MGA products through carrying out, quality control checks and audits at MGA departments and units.  

Objectives

  • Establishment of a quality system at MGA according to national/ international standards for the purpose of acquiring national/ international accreditation for its testing/calibration laboratories.
  • Establishment of a calibration system at MGA to ensure calibration of laboratories equipment and appropriate implementation of the ISO system.  
  • Planning, implementation and follow up of quality system assessment and internal auditing programs, and reviewing the quality system and calibration program at MGA.    
  • Following up on the work of MGA Quality Committee.
  • Monitoring and supervising the quality of materials that are delivered to and from MGA, especially equipment, materials, measuring devices, products etc.
  • Following up on MGA activities with the ISO 9001 standards.    
  • Development of in-house capabilities in the fields of quality system and national/international accreditation requirements to enable MGA to provide technical assurance for local/international Clients.
  • Following up on the quality requirements for the implementation of locally or internationally funded researches and technical studies.    
  • Supervising the acquisition of national/international technical specifications and standards required for companies.
  • Coordination, cooperation and follow up on MGA activities with local and international bodies in the field of quality control.
